簡潔色調為脫俗品味奠定了基礎。可伸展的大理石餐枱成客廳主角，再以三個低調高雅的黃銅吊燈作點綴，令人煥然一新。亦增添了一絲魅力和家的温暖感覺。客廳中的家俬雖然簡約但各有獨特性，亦具低調奢華感. 再以牆上藝術掛畫特顯客人高尚情操。 主人房跟書房亦具有相同設計理念，相似但各有特色。書房主要實用性高，所以放置一座長書枱作工作及打機用途。主人房因應屋主是一名時裝逹人，所以採用開放式設計將房間跟衣帽間相連，再以衣櫃內的燈光效果來展示屋主收藏的高級時裝作藝術品攞放。
每一角落，每一細節都為特顯屋主的個人高尚品及情操而鋪排。
